Rent Recovery Services

I’ve always used, recommended and endorsed LegalforLandlords for any issues with problematic tenants, including eviction services as well as rent recovery issues.

If you decide to use a rent recovery service, it’s important to fully understand the terms and conditions of their service! Get a clear idea of their fees, and ensure it’s written in writing.

Many debt/rent recovery services offer a “No Win, No Fee” arrangement, but before committing, make sure you understand exactly what constitutes a “win.” Generally speaking, while these services remove upfront costs, their success fees tend to be higher than if you were to use a pay-upfront service that also achieves a win. It’s worth weighing up the options carefully before making a decision.
