This section is extremely useful for landlords that actually care about the law (I’m hoping that’s all of you).

Attached in this section is a bunch of legal documents that I actually use as a landlord on a regular basis. The funny thing is that a lot of companies actually charge for documents like Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements and notice of rent increase forms, which I think is pretty ridiculous.
