I noticed this ad on Gumtree the other day and found it hilarious. I don’t know who, why or what, but I like.

David2009-08-21 15:22:11 It reminds me of a north London firm of estate agents, now long gone. I think they were called Ferme Sales. They used to describe properties they were marketing using quite derogatory language. Their newspaper ads and property details certainly stood out! Anyone remember them? 1
