Sarah Beeny’s New Book- Design For Profit. Want A Copy For Free?
21 Jul 2009Last week I got an email from the marketing manager for Cassell, which publishes Sarah Beeny’s Property Ladder books. She informed me that the Beeny had published a new book, and was wondering if I was interested in spreading the word and giving a few copies away to my readers! I obviously wasn’t going to refuse an offer like that.

The book reveals Sarah Beeny’s design secrets that will let you maximize the potential of your home.
Packed full of inspiring ideas and simple design rules everyone can follow this invaluable design resource and directory takes easy element of your home from kitchen to the garden and explains how you can make it look its best.
My thoughts
Ok, even though I’m obliged to say the book is awesome- i’m not the type of person that will say something is awesome when it’s total rubbish, under any circumstance. You can trust me on that.
The book is actually really good. It covers a broad area, and really makes you think twice before you do any work to your home. It was just odd details like how you should paint a room and he impact of colouring certain rooms a certain colour. Details like that I really don’t think about it, but probably should.
Anyways, basically, it’s an extremely useful book for property developers, those into D.I.Y, or anyone considering a new look in their home. It’s always worth investing a few quid in a book if it means getting expert advice, and saving you from D.I.Y hell.

Sarah Beeny is awesome because of the amazing fake laugh she uses to soften the blow when she's just said something particularly brutal to moronic developers.
That and because she's a continuity nightmare for constantly being at varying stages of pregnancy.

- I've spent many an hour watching the Beany (although if it had been her face we had to choose it might have been a little harder for me).
Sarah Beany is awesome because she really knows what is best for the aspiring property devloper, and she also has those number 16's too.

I initially started this website because I wanted to document my every step from property idiot to property landlord,
in hope that people would find my site and help me along the way. I literally didn't have a clue about being a landlord
