Hi friends, I am thinking of investing my money in some mutual funds and was really confused about that. My cousins have been stressing on investing in real estate properties and they say that it is more beneficial than investing in any mutual funds. But when I have a look at some of the instances on properties I find that a bit risky. I need you people to justify on that so I can make my decisions from your suggestions.

it depends on you where you want to invest your money. it would be good to have it in something that you are interested in than to just choose something random.

Yes, i agree with you. Now a days real estate investment is the best option then any other kind of investment. I would like to tell you that when my friend had invested in real estate he was also not sure of the profits there but he recently had his real estate deals from IRA-401K
and he was quite pleased with his investing. There are many things that you can look up in investing in real estate and I think that it will be profitable for you too.

I think considering the present market situation, It would be a good idea to invest in real estate because the entire stock market is dull and property market is remaining stable though the tax cut has done some damage to the industry.

Thank you for sharing useful information.I think you should wait until you are able to be more aware of what is happening in that state you want to invest in. It's kind of like being blind to what's going on if you can't be there for a while. I think you should wait. The market will always have a favorable time again to buy if it changes.
