		<description>Oh yeah, I completely agree. It&#039;s not the tenant&#039;s fault at all, as I stated. I don&#039;t hold it against the tenant when they inform me something is broken. I&#039;m just saying, it&#039;s one of those things a landlord hates to hear, &quot;so-so is broken&quot;.

If you were a landlord, i&#039;m sure you would also hate hearing those words. Right? Because those words generally correlate with extra costs and time.

I accept my responsibilities, and I attend my tenants&#039; problems immediately.</description>

		<description>The late rent thing I can completely understand, but the fixing stuff that&#039;s broken ... &#039;fraid to say I&#039;m not with you on that. I know buy-to-let is advertised as the way to make money for doing nothing, but you accept the obligations of a landlord when you do it, and that includes fixing stuff. If that means you have to invest extra time and the whole business model starts popping out at the seams then that&#039;s unfortunate, but its not the tenant&#039;s fault; its how the deal was structured in the first place. Which is again, sadly, your bag.</description>
