Sarah Beeny’s Husband (Graham Swift)
Written by The Landlord on 07 May 2007I’ve always wondered what Graham Swift (Sarah’s husband) looks like, mainly out of curiosity. Also, just to get an idea of what type of man she’s attracted to. I came across a rare picture of them together, and here it is:

I wouldn’t have pictured Graham to be her type, but what do I know? They just look, you know, “different”. Of course, that’s not a bad thing. He has a similar look to Jamie Oliver; a little rough around the edges, and just a little bit trendy. Sarah, on other hand, seems more, well, clean and straight edged.
Beeny met her husband and business partner, Graham Swift, when she was 18 – her brother is married to Swift’s sister. Together, along with her brother, they started their own property developing business. The rest is history…

I initially started this website because I wanted to document my every step from property idiot to property landlord,
in hope that people would find my site and help me along the way. I literally didn't have a clue about being a landlord
when I started this website.
Secondly, neither is Beeney's husband for that matter. A little bit of stubble doesn't count as rough around the edges. That's such an estate agent sort of comment to make.
He's EXACTLY the sort of guy I'd expect Sarah Beeney to be attracted to. Not many women are attracted to slick, slimy 'straight edged' men - not unless they're in it for the money anyway, and I'm sure most women like their men to be at least semi-trendy.
Oh god bless Sarah Beeney! She is pretty, smart, impulsive and appears feisty on telly.
Just the sort of woman a handsome, intelligent, creative ("rough around the edges") sort of guy like me and Graham would be attracted to.
