Results From Selling Shit On Ebay
08 May 2007So, its been just over 7 days since I put up random pieces of crap for auction on Ebay, in attempt to raise money for My New Property Investment Project. I predicted I would raise close to a few hundred pounds from Selling Shit On Ebay; of course, I thought I was being heavily optimistic.
Results:
Men’s Armani Lucky Charms necklace: £164.99
Men’s Burberry Wallet: £5.50
Nokia 6101 Mobile Phone: £24.12
Vintage Hugo Boss Shirt: £2.20
TOTAL: £196.81
My overall balance is now: £1578.23, bearing in mind the life of this project has only been 11 days so far. Not bad at all.
I don’t think I did too bad with utilizing ebay, especially for doing very little work. Anyways, that’s another £200 added to the balance. I may sell a few more things on ebay later on this week. In the mean time, I’m working on other ideas to help generate some cash. I’m not going to bother writing a pre-explanation for all my money generating ideas, i’m just going to get a plan together, raise the cash, and then document the whole experience. Otherwise, I’ll just end up having too many loose articles all over the place, consequently users will have to navigate through multiple articles in order to read about the whole experiment. And as a user, that would piss me off.
Does anyone else have any money generating ideas? I’m open to “crazy”
Stay tuned…

Enough of Sarah Beeny? Are you crazy, woman? NO such thing as enough.
I have to be hard on myself, otherwise I'll lose focus and slack off. Thanks, though, much appreciated :)
So, what's your story, son? :)

I initially started this website because I wanted to document my every step from property idiot to property landlord,
in hope that people would find my site and help me along the way. I literally didn't have a clue about being a landlord
when I started this website.
