The only way it will affect the value of your home is if it is a large house or has a large family moving in as they wont be impressed with the water bills. I had one installed in one of my rentals and had it removed after the first bill. Huge difference in cost. If OAP or single person great - any more and IMHO a huge disadvantage. Good luck. I was not informed of this since I was under the impresion that I had 12 months to decide and not informed before hand of this technicality. I have been informed that they can effect the value of you home. How much effect is it likely to have. Please contact me if you can provede me with some sort of information in this respect.
