More House Viewings

It’s been a few days since there’s been any real progress. Last night I viewed another 3 houses, all in the area I wanted, and all 2 bedroom.
All the 2 bedroom houses in the area are pretty similair structurally, the only differences are some vary in size, slightly. I’m after a 2 bedroom with generous spacing in both the bedrooms. A tall order since my budget is minimal, and the properties in my price range mostly come with one master bedroom, and another smaller single bedroom. The smaller single is just way too small, which would ultimately limit my target audience when it comes to renting it out.
I’m tempted to increase my budget (150k); I think I’m willing to pay that little bit extra (and struggle financially for a month or two) for the sake of buying a sound property investment that would make me happy. Stuart (my EA) said he would call me in a few days with more viewings, with properties with a higher asking price (160k).
