London Landlord Show 2009, Who’s Attending? Anyone?

It’s FREE, it’s LOCAL (London is local for me) and it could be quite interesting, so I think I’m going to attend this landlord bash. Who knows, I may even learn something useful.

London Landlords’ Show is the largest show of its kind and to celebrate its tenth year, the show returns to London Olympia on 9th-10th September 2009 with a brand new programme of free seminars

They’ll be 2 days of sexy seminars on the 9th and 10th of Sept at London Olympia. There’s a whole host of legal professionals and experts talking about all kinds of useful stuff (don’t quote me on that). For more details, go here.

Undercover landlord

As usual, when I attend these events (which isn’t often), I’ll remain under the rador and keep my identity firmly tucked under my left nutsack. If I go in all guns blazing and declare myself as, “the little shit that blogs on property investment project” i’ll probably receive a variety of ’sucking on lemon’ looks. I don’t think my charm goes down too well with the elite, which is terribly unfortunate, because I’m a decent chap, innit.

I must admit, a few of the seminars actually sound quite interesting. Here’s a link to view the full schedule. And who knows, maybe it will be like my 21st Birthday party- topless waitresses decorating the room, dishing out glasses of champaign and orderves. Or maybe it will be full of old people that smell of piss and cabbage, talking waffle. No offense, mum, dad, and anyone else.

These types of presentations/topics give conferences like this a dodgy vibe imho. Yet, I will probably end up popping over to see it, just to make sure I am not missing anything!

The Landlord wrote this on 2009-09-05 08:07:10 Ha, a lot of the seminars probably will be junk, but some seem genuinely interesting e.g. How to Avoid Landlord Taxes, Essential Legal Points for Landlords, Dealing with Rent Arrears ..etc. I can''t imagine they''ll try and push ridiculous ideas into our heads during those discussions! 2
