I found this useful website that generates a list of licensed conveyancers by location, so you can track down professional conveyancers that are located closest to you.

Licenced Conveyancers

All “licensed conveyancers” are regulated by the CLC (Council For Licensed Conveyancers), who are qualified specialist property lawyers. Essentially, a licensed conveyancer has to undertake a series of exams before they can apply for a license; so you get that added security knowing that you’re not dealing with a rogue trader when you’re working with a “licensed conveyancer”
