Hey Steve,

That was the first time I’ve been stood up in 3 years. It’s so frustrating, I don’t know how you’ve managed with a 50% dropout rate! That would drive me insane!

But you’re right, it happens, and I should get used to it =/

First time you were stood up? Count yourself lucky. I’ve had rental properties for nearly 3 years now and I’m stood up pretty much 50% of the time. Maybe it’s a Canadian thing?

I’ve done it all. Made appointments, called to confirm, and even booked a number of prospects at once. I can’t win.

I now try and book my viewings all in the same block of time, usually and hour. That way I get about 4 appointments booked at roughly the same time and the most time I can waste is an hour. If half show up, at least I showed it to someone.

But man, it still happens – I do this and no one shows. More than one time I had 50% no-shows and the other 50% were degenerates. I was ready to sell.
