About time we had a bit of two way traffic on this. For years we have heard that the crash was on the way. Of course that was correct. It had to be eventually. I bought my first investment property planning for at least one crash to happen before it would be sold. What makes me laugh though is that they can't seem to see the big picture. After a few years it will turn again. Has to. The fundamentals are there. That is why I started my own site: housepriceboom.com (sorry to plug but it is relevant) just to start the process.
