Diary Of An Estate Agent
A new year is approaching, and for many people that means their diaries are starting to get contaminated with scribbles that will ultimately structure the coming new year.
It’s traditional for the property market to be near dead during the Christmas and New Year period; very few sane people want to go through the excruciating pain of moving during such a festive period. But soon after, it’s back into full swing, and an estate agent needs to think about his/her plan for the New Year. Yup, it’s back to business as usual for an estate agent.
I took the liberty of taking a peak inside Joe Blog’s, our local estate agent’s, diary for the coming year…

You don't buy high and sell low. What kind of strategy/advice is that? Selling in a down-turn is suicide.
I'm in property investment for the longterm. I'll sell in 7-10 years time, when the market is probably going to be booming again!
Kind regards

I initially started this website because I wanted to document my every step from property idiot to property landlord,
in hope that people would find my site and help me along the way. I literally didn't have a clue about being a landlord
when I started this website.
