Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt
Purchase Price: approximately $20 million
Location: Beverly Hills
The couple bought this property in 2001; yes, before Brad Pitt run off with Angelina Jolie. The property is estimated to be valued at $28million, but is rumoured to be in escrow for approximately $22.5million. The property is situated in 10,000 square feet of space, which includes the luxury basics such as a tennis court, spa, swimming pool and a fireplace near the pool. I’m not quite sure how standard a fireplace near the pool is, even in luxury terms.
Sandra Bullock
Purchase Price: Approximately 1million
Location: Tybee Island
Now, Sandra Bollock obviously didn’t go overboard like most celebs do, she purchased this three-story house for a cool 1million. That’s peanuts for a movie star, so good for her for actually “keeping it real†But then again, apparently she has several property scattered over America. That sounds a tad more “movie-star” like, compared to a cheap $1million house, aye?
Bill Gates

Location: Washington
Yes, the richest person in the world ladies and gentlemen. Don’t be fooled by the $2million purchase price, that was back in 1988, and just for the land. It’s now worth a staggering $125million; that’s the Bill Gates we know. It’s a specific lodge style house, it occupies 50,000 square feet of land. The house is located in the side of a hill overlooking Lake Washington in Medina, Washington. It’s noted for its design and the technology it contains

George Clooney

Location: Como, Italy
Of course a celeb wouldn’t be a celeb if they didn’t have properties all exotic countries with amazing accents, weather and views. This little baby is situated in Como, Italy. Of course, I say “little baby†as a figure of speech, and nothing else. Don’t be deceived by this picture, this property actually has 25 rooms, an outdoor theatre and a large swimming pool.
P-Diddy
Purchase price: $5million
Location: NYC
Celebs don’t get much bigger and richer than P-diddy. He’s well known for having an extravagant lifestyle, so no doubt he has extravagant properties to keep in line with his image. This is just one out of many properties that he currently owns. It’s a $5million 3bedroom apartment, overlooking Central Park. Now, you know someone’s rich when they pay $5million for a mere 3 bedroom apartment. I once saw a documentary on P-Diddy, and apparently he uses this property just for storing his clothes. I kid you not. Essentially, it’s a $5million clothing rack….apparently.
Madonna

Location: Wiltshire, England
Like P-Diddy, they don’t come much richer than Madonna. She’s been in the business longer than most, so she’s managed to rack up a healthy bank balance, that’s for sure. She purchased this 1,200-acre estate with her husband Guy Richie in 2001. How lovely.

Location: Malibu
Not only does this property look expensive, but it is actually more expensive than it looks. Even mobile homes can go for $1million in Malibu, so there’s no telling how much this property is valued at today. Cher recently purchased a $4.5 million, one-bedroom condo off Sunset Strip, and recently sold a 6-bedroom property for more than $9million. Are you wondering what I’m wondering, “when, where and how did she make all this money- was she really THAT successful? She hasn’t been around in recent years, and surely back in her day celebs weren’t earning that much. But then again, what do I know? Good for her.
Bill Cosby

It’s everyone very own Bill Cosby. No doubt he raked in huge amounts of money during his extremely successful years in the Cosy Show. This is a 6-story, limestone mansion, located right near Central Perk. I love this guy.

The former home of the king of rock and roll, Elvis Presley. For years this property has been used as a special event rental which includes several ‘Elvis Presley birthday tributes’ by his fans from all over the world. The property has amazing views of the valley. There is over 2000 sq feet of living space.
David and Victoria Beckham
Purchase price: £2.5Million
Location: Hertfordshire, England
The Beckham’s purchased this property in 1999, in a small town called Sawbridgeworth in Hertfordshire. The grade II listed 1930s Georgian style house is also known as “Beckingham Palace” because it’s reported that the Beckham’s spent £3million on refurbishing it. This 7-bedroom property is set in 24 acres, and is currently valued at £7-million.
