Since 14th of December 2007 every home put on the market must have a Home Information Packs. So if you’re planning on selling, you best know your shit.
The Home Information Pack (HIPs) has been a big issue in the sexual world of property investment. Of course, it’s all been bad press, with a whole lot of bitching. While the majority thinks it’s a big waste of money, others disagree and claim it’s a useful tool to help the buying/selling process run a lot more efficiently.
