House Price Crash Forum Member Writes To The Bank Of EnglandI admire people that take proactive approaches to represent their stance on a certain subject they feel passionate about. Rally leaders, political figures, even hippy protestors in masses- those people make things happen. But when you’re witnessing a lone ranger outsourcing a feeble letter to a powerful organisation, which for part doesn’t even make sense, […]

Comic Sketches
Here’s a ridiculous collection of property related comic sketches that I’ve conjured up during my idle time. Most of them are the result of subconscious day dreaming, consequently they lack the incentive to make any normal being crack open a smile.
Each comic sketch has a story or a concept with a property related spin; illustrating antics from snotty landlords to piss-taking tenants. If you have any property related comics you’d like to submit to The Property Investment Project, then feel free to send it our way!

I’ll Tell You Who Is To Blame For The UK Housing CrisisWelcome to another edition of “Property Investment Project Admin knows best”. Get comfortable and start taking down notes. What i’m about to go over seems to be confusing the nation! It’s the neo quantum physics, if you will.

Eager To Invest In Property, But No Suitable Property For SaleI don’t know if anyone else is in a similar situation, but I’m getting a little antsy about the serious lack of properties on the market. I’m a rabid user of property portals like Rightmove, Findaproperty, Primelocation and Propertyfinder. For the last few months I’ve been loading those sites to find a suitable property for […]

The Property Market And The Media’s InfluenceThe last few months have been extremely uncertain and worrying for investors because there’s been a lot of banter about housing crashes floating around. I’ll say it straight out, I blame the media. With the media constantly injecting a lot of fear into the mixer with the talk of property prices plummeting, it’s becoming increasingly […]

The Cooling Property MarketWhenever the property market or any other market is going through a cool down period, there is a direct impact on the productivity of the workforce. In this case, when business is slow, estate agents may have very little to do, and every potential property purchase can be extremely precious. Since the majority of an estate agent’s […]

Typical Day For An Estate AgentAnother Friday has came flying by and my idle moments at work were at its peak. My subsconscious day dreaming phases were spent focusing on sketching comics with an ‘Estate Agent’ theme. I’ve interacted with a few estate agents since getting involved with the property industry, and they’ve all been pretty stereotypical in one way […]

“House Price Crash” (HPC) Website MentalityHouse Price Crash (HPC) (www.housepricecrash.co.uk) is a pretty popular property website, which displays interesting statistical data. The forum is constantly active with hundreds of users. I’m even a member of the forum community myself, although I tend to keep under the radars, because “my kind” is frowned upon. “my kind”, as in someone that isn’t […]
