Ajay for example has "apparently" a £15m portfolio with £7m of mortgages thats a total of £8m in equity,he also claims to bring in £60k a month in rent,lives in a 7 bedroom house and has bundles of money so hes done extremly well for himself. So what youve got to ask yourself is why is he waisting his time trying to make money from selling his expert advise and providing BMV deals to would be investors? Also if i were him and i knew all the tricks of the trade (which i do)why an earth would i be shouting it from the roof tops and bringing unwanted attention to myself i would just get on with my buisness keep making bundles of cash keep buying up bmv property and keep a low profile not bringing unwanted attention to myself. What ajay is doing is nothing different to what any other bmv company does hes just jumping on the band wagon. A well known bmv company went bust a couple of years ago with the same trick as ajay is using and 4 of the founders are now facing prison!! A word of advice ajay if your doing well for yourself dont put a big red flashing light on top of your head, keep it to yourself and dont be greedy!! That was too funny! Personally I think it's completely unfair for his image to be tainted based on a few bad cases, that too on television. People should do their research prior to getting involved in any investment deals.
