Property Investment Project On Facebook

Just a quick note for the regular readers- Property Investment Project now has a fan page on Facebook. Some of the more observant readers may have already noticed the Facebook banner on the right sidebar. I thought i’d take this opportunity to explain a little more about it. You know, just because I’m bored and stuff.

Property Investment Project On Facebook As you can see, the page isn’t all bells and whistles (unless you think it is), but it does show that I am actually “trying to keep with the modern times“. This whole blogging malarkey is pretty demanding when it comes to keeping up with the times. The internet is moving quickly, and it’s swinging around fast and heavy like a lumberjack with a sledge hammer; popular fads seem to be out-of-date just as i’m getting to grips with them. If you don’t keep up, you’ll pretty much get splattered.

So, what does this all mean? Well, here’s a quick Q&A session!

What does Property Investment Project being on Facebook actually mean?

It’s basically an extremely streamline version of this site all on one page which is hosted on Facebook. Think of it as subscribing to a fan page from your favourite football team. But don’t worry, you won’t be emailed any junk. The only time you’ll interact with the page is when you navigate there yourself.

Why did I create a Property Investment Project page on Facebook?

I’m hoping people on Facebook will land on the page and join the party by navigating here! Facebook is just another avenue of trying to expose the art of Property Investment into the wild, and more specifically, my website.

I’m genuinely passionate about prospering through property investment, and I want to introduce others into the world so they can also visualise the potential. I’m not only looking for potential investors, but also existing enthusiasts; I’m trying to get together as many people as possible to learn and share from another.

Facebook is all about being social, it’s a social medium, and being social is the best way to spread the word.

What’s on the page?

As mentioned, it’s an extremely streamline version of this site. You can see for yourself what’s on the page, but here’s quick list:

  • there’s an up-to-date list and brief summary of the latest articles published on this site. If you now and then find yourself on Facebook and can’t be bothered to navigate out of Facebook to see if Property Investment Project has published any new blogs, you may find it easier to directly navigate to the fan page from your Facebook control panel. If any of the new articles seem appealling (which should account for all of them :) ), all you need to do is click on the links and you’ll be redirected to the full article on this site.
  • there’s an opportunity for you to meet and greet with other Property enthusiasts on the page. You never know, you might even pick up a friend or two. (A tip of the guys, a few of the hot Property Investment Project moderators have joined up the fan page!)
  • There are links to certain sections of this site- the forum, the blog..etc. I know, all seems pretty pointless since you can click on the links when being directly on Property Investment Project, but it really is just a “snapshot” of this site, so I needed to provide the most useful links.
  • There’s a picture section where anyone can upload property related pictures. I’m not quite sure who’s going to take advantage of that opportunity, but the feature is there nonetheless. I got the ball rolling by naturally posting a picture of La Sarah Beeny.
Why should YOU become a fan?

There’s a few reasons why you SHOULD become a fan of the “Property Investment Project Facebook Fan Page on Facebook”. Let me walk you through it:

  • Firstly, I’d really appreciate it if you showed support to my shit :) Hey, I’ll support your shit, all you need to do is ask, nicely.
  • If you’ve ever learned anything from this site, even if it’s the smallest of detail, then in return, all I ask of you is to become a fan, just to show the fact that you got something out of navigating through this site.
  • the property market is currently going through some tough times; every article in the media seems to be broadcasting doom and gloom. But that’s not to say that you can’t prosper through property. It’s ALWAYS a buyer’s market- you just need to find the right deal. Point being, show your support to property investment in general by becoming a fan of the page
  • the more people that join the group, the more noise it will make on Facebook, consequently the more people will become familiar about this shack!
How do YOU become a fan?

Become a fan of the Property Investment Project Facebook pageNow you’re talking my language! It’s easy to become a fan, like A, B, C. Well, A and B, because there are only 2 steps!
Simply log into your Facebook account (if you don’t have one, register), go onto our page, and click on “become a fan” on the right hand top corner. That’s it. You’ve done your part and you’ve made me a very happy individual. If you want to help promote the page, you can click on the “share” button and invite others to join. The more the merrier.

Lastly, I’d just like to thank everyone for the support they have shown so far, and to those who are about to show some support. Special thanks to the moderators and regular contributors in the forums. The forum may not always be filled to the brim, but there are some real decent and wise minds making some positive noise up in there! Once again, thanks to you guys.
