Typical Day For An Estate Agent

Another Friday has came flying by and my idle moments at work were at its peak. My subsconscious day dreaming phases were spent focusing on sketching comics with an ‘Estate Agent’ theme. I’ve interacted with a few estate agents since getting involved with the property industry, and they’ve all been pretty stereotypical in one way or another, consequently reflected a certain image that we’ve all heard about. I based these sketches on those stereotypical tendencies.

Just to clarify, I don’t think all Estate Agents are the same. I know it must be tough for a lot of the genuine one’s out there because they’ve been given such a bad name by..well, everyone. I guess this won’t help their case, but oh well…

	From what I’ve heard a typical day for an estate agent right now is sitting in the office, perhaps answering the phone. If its a really exciting day, the phone might ring twice.

	haha so true. Tough times for agents as the market cools!
